I first heard POM in London in the tube. She Fucking Hates Me and I went straight on to the record store and said who are these guys. I could only get a compilation album called Supercharged but I played it for all my troops in Germany and we were hooked. Once back in the states I went to every concert I could. Saw them in New Orleans with Kid Rock and Pensacola, FL. When I deployed to Iraq I took a POM ticket stub as good luck charm. They came to Iraq while I was there but I could not make it because of a mission. Talk about being mad! After being injured by an IED, these guys were gracious enough to actually meet with me and it was like a dream come true. A make a wish such as it were. I love this band. The way that they support the troops is amazing. I hope to get the opportunity to meet them again. They are all great guys and they rock!!! I recently went to Ireland to meet a friend and went through his music. He had a POM CD and I took a pic. POM Rocks the World.
