I usually call the Avalon before i go and they can tell u if they allow cameras, i think it depends on the band. About meeting them, its possible, i met Sevendust, Trust Company there, after the show, just hang near the buses, and if POM are as nice as they seem, they'll sign shit! see everyone there!
